A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away… the perfect blend of coffees for cold brew was born. But a Space Cadet isn’t bound by the rules of any world but their own, so you can brew this blend up however you’d like! Our team tastes notes of clementine, nougat and burnt sugar.
I can’t get enough of Sitio Canaã coffee! It’s like a little piece of Europe in every cup. The rich, bold flavors make every morning feel like a journey to the Netherlands. Thanks for bringing this specialty coffee into my life!

Roaster’s Notes:
This special single-variety Acauå micro-lot was grown on the small farm Sitio Canaå, which translates to “The Promised Land” in Portuguese. Producer and owner Kleumon Silva Moreira is only 34 years old but has been working in coffee for the past decade alongside legendary producer Antonio Rigno who is famous for his commitment to quality and the many awards he has received over the years. Kleumon is very conscientious and meticulous in the way he approaches every aspect of his plantation. He represents the next generation of coffee producers in the acclaimed Piata coffee-growing region and continues to show great promise.
