A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away… the perfect blend of coffees for cold brew was born. But a Space Cadet isn’t bound by the rules of any world but their own, so you can brew this blend up however you’d like! Our team tastes notes of clementine, nougat and burnt sugar.

Lip smackin’ goodness. This is a naturally processed Yellow Colombia varietal. We have a fluid and longstanding relationship with the producer of Gosh, Sara Gutierrez since, dating back to 2019. Still under 30, her farm is nestled in lush jungle, hidden between the mountains and surrounded by trees. Beneath the canopy lies an incredible passion for coffee that’s nothing short of electric. A rich history of coffee traditions passed down by her parents contributes to Sara’s farming expertise. But to us, it’s her innovative instinct that brings her heritage coffee to current and future tastes. Sara is a coffee judge, a Q-Grader, teacher and all around coffee wizard. Love a natty? This is the one. Filter or espresso, experience the lip smackin’ goodness at home.
